What laser printers work best?

Our glossy white laser labels are compatible with virtually any desktop laser printer you’re likely to have. We recommend using the label mode setting for best results. Higher-heat toner adhesion also helps the toner bond tightly to the glossy surface. For best print quality, avoid using inkjet printers which can cause ink to smear or bleed on the gloss coating.

How do I get the labels on straight?

Applying the labels smoothly and properly ensures they’ll look professional. Be sure to use firm, even pressure across the entire surface of the label to activate the instant-stick adhesive. Once you set a label in place, avoid bending it or trying to reposition it which can damage the adhesive.

Can I write on Gloss White Laser Labels by hand?

Although it is possible to handwrite on our glossy laser labels with pen or marker, it’s not generally recommended. The pens/markers may dent, scratch or damage the high gloss surface. For best results, we suggest printing your text rather than writing on them. The laser-printed text will blend right into the glossy finish. Handwriting may look visibly different or get scratched off over time.

How durable is the print?

The laser-printed designs, graphics, and text on our glossy white labels are highly durable. You can expect the print to remain vibrant and resistant to fading for approximately 2 years with indoor use. For maximum durability, avoid directly exposing printed labels to sunlight or UV light which can accelerate fading. The durable print allows both short and long-term use.

How are the labels packaged?

For convenience, our glossy white laser labels are packaged in boxes containing 20, 100, or 500 sheets. Each 210 x 297mm sheet contains multiple labels depending on the label size you need. The range of pack sizes allows you to purchase the perfect quantity whether you need a small batch for home use or higher volumes for an office or business.
