We made a big change by scrapping our traditional ‘made to order’ section and offering all of our label sizes in all materials in the dropdown above available for same day dispatch when ordered before 4pm. Can’t find what you are looking for? Let us know and we can source anything you require.

What information do you have on your print service?

We have acquired a Fujifilm Apeos C810 Pro which contains a new LED printing technology (different to laser and inkjet printing) which allows you to overprint once printed on. We are still rapid! Just like our speedy promise on blank labels we can often get printed orders out same day too (however cut us some slack if you are ordering large quantities late in the day!).

Artwork (print service)

Keep an eye out for our digital PDF proof. This will be sent to your email within 30 minutes of your order (if ordered between 9-5). You will see blue lines to represent the label cuts, these will not show on the finished product. You will need to approve this before we print. If you have any questions about suitable artwork, then get in touch. We also have our Label Design Service available.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes! You can request free samples here to test print quality, material suitability, and adhesive strength before placing a full order. These are only material samples so sizing will be random, you can use our free templates to assess sizing.

Can I order custom quantities?

In the product above, you can see the standard pack quantities. If you need something more specific, then get in touch and we can provide a bespoke quote to suit your needs.

Are templates available for this label size?

Yes! Templates are available in Word, PDF. You’ll find them on the template download page or in the description for this specific size. You can then design using any software (Word, Canva, Illustrator, etc.).

Can these labels be used on products (e.g., bottles, jars, packaging)?

Yes, depending on the material you choose. Waterproof or durable materials are best for products exposed to moisture or friction. Paper materials work well for dry, indoor applications. For large production or products with a very professional look needed, we would suggest moving onto roll labels. Roll labels are more cost effective when printing thousands of product labels with a super high-quality print with various finishes available.

Can these labels be used with thermal printers?

Materials in our sheeted section are not suitable for thermal printers. Please view our Direct Thermal range where you can shop by printer or by core size.

Do you offer custom shapes or sizes?

Yes—we can manufacture custom sizes and shapes. If you don’t see what you need, just let us know and we can provide a quote through our new made to order section. Once you have a new cutter you can re-order your bespoke size here.
