If you make origin claims (e.g., “100% Colombian”), they must be accurate. For flavoured blends sold with additives, include an ingredient list and any relevant allergens. Pure roasted or ground coffee doesn’t require an ingredient list. If you add flavourings (e.g., vanilla or hazelnut) or other additives, you do need ingredients and allergen info. Yes. Many small roasters use A4 printable coffee labels with inkjet or laser printers. Be sure to use our free label templates. For short runs and fast iterations, coffee bag stickers are ideal — just print, peel, and apply.

However, if you are pushed for time or would like us to print your sheets just let us know! Longer runs for large roasters may want to opt for rolls.

  • Brown Kraft Paper: This gives a rustique, artisanal look for custom coffee labels.

  • Polyester: Waterproof and durable; great for coffee bag stickers in humid (or messy!) environments. This is available in white polyester or transparent, with the option of polypropylene on rolls too.

  • Biodegradable: Not only is it eco friendly, it has a lovely laid texture to it which is a great touch to those holding your coffee cups!
